Accommodation
Hamilton Island are advising guests that they are continuing to carry out upgrade works throughout the island and in proximity to a section of the Palm Bungalows.
These maintenance activities have been thoughtfully planned and scheduled to minimize any inconvenience to our valued guests.
Guests staying in Palm Bungalows between now and 30 September, 2024 may experience some noise on weekdays from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and occasionally on Saturdays.
Hamilton Island have advised they have taken measures to keep the disturbance to a minimum, including where possible allocating rooms to cause as little disruption as possible.

Accommodation
Children 12 years and under at time of travel stay free of charge when sharing with parents and using existing bedding.
Where children 12 years and under do not use existing bedding, a rollaway bed is available at an additional cost.

Meals
Children 12 years and under at time of travel eat free when selecting from the special children’s menu and dining with parents in selected restaurants. Participating restaurants include Pool Terrace Restaurant (breakfast, lunch & dinner), Manta Ray (lunch & dinner), Sails (lunch) and TAKO (dinner only). Please note restaurants are subject to change.

1/2 Day Whitehaven Beach Day Cruise
Once at Port of Airlie, journey across the Whitsunday Passage and into this amazing tropical paradise – a scenic sequence of remote waterways and hidden bays. The jewel of the Whitsunday Islands, 7km long Whitehaven Beach is a divine natural environment and an essential Queensland destination. Spend approximately 2 hours on the dazzling sand, swimming or just relaxing on the shore.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
