– Pick-ups, travel time & drop-offs may vary due to traffic or unforeseen events such as road closures, weather conditions etc.
– Croc Tours is not liable for any loss, expense or damage that may occur to yourself or your belongings during any tour provided by Croc Tours or unexpected changes
– Croc Tours operates in all weather conditions. Contact will be made if Australia Zoo has to close or we deem weather to extreme to operate a tour. If this event occurs, full refund will occur
– Access issues relating to the Glass House Mountains Lookout is out of our control
– We ask guests to please be waiting 10 minutes prior to their pick up time at the correct location
– Croc Tours is owned by 4U Transfers & Tours. All drivers are fully licensed and hold the correct driver authorization. All organisations have full public liability insurance and motor vehicle insurance and an accredited QLD transport operator.
– Cancellation within 24 hours of a tour scheduled start time incurs a 100% fee.
– If you are running late, please notify us ASAP. 15 minutes after tour scheduled start time is the cut off and incurs a 100% no show fee
– Changes to bookings may be provided dependent on availability and must be requested at least 24 hours prior to scheduled tour start time

Pricing
All prices are person twin share unless otherwise stated, are in New Zealand dollars, are correct at the time of publication & are subject to change without notice. Flights are not included unless otherwise stated & if included, are economy class unless otherwise stated. Price includes any stated bonus nights, upgrades & package savings, if applicable.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee of $150 per person.

‘Peace of Mind Guarantee
Applies to new bookings only. We can offer you the option to amend your booking date up to 24 hours prior to arrival, should any of the below criteria impact your holiday:

• You or an immediate family member is diagnosed with COVID–19
• You are forced into self-isolation
• You are awaiting the results of a COVID–19 test
• A Government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination.
