Croc Tours is owned by 4U Transfers & Tours. All drivers are fully licensed and hold the correct driver authorization. All organisations have full public liability insurance and motor vehicle insurance and an accredited QLD transport operator.
Cancellation within 24 hours of a tour scheduled start time incurs a 100% fee.
If you are running late, please notify us ASAP. 15 minutes after tour scheduled start time is the cut off and incurs a 100% no show fee
Changes to bookings may be provided dependent on availability and must be requested at least 24 hours prior to scheduled tour start time

Airfares

Airfares are based on promotional economy class fares with Air New Zealand including 23kg of checked in luggage per person. Airfares are subject to availability at time of ticketing. Prices are correct at time of publication and are subject to change. Flights may not be direct or operate daily. Subject to promotional fare availability. Air surcharges apply during Australian school holidays and peak travel periods.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee of $150 per person.
