If your holiday plans are impacted by government restrictions, we’ll work with you to find a suitable date in the future to rebook your well-deserved holiday, guaranteed. If we can’t find a suitable alternative to rebook your holiday, we’ll refund the land portion of your trip, guaranteed.* Our Refund Guarantee does not apply to Cruise holidays, however, if we can’t find a suitable alternative to rebook your Cruise holiday, we’ll offer you a Future Cruise Credit that can be applied to a new booking.*

Refund Guarantee does not apply to third-party bookings such as airfares, tours, rail, and cruise lines.

Terms & Conditions

*Applies to new bookings only. We can offer you the option to amend your booking date up to 24 hours prior to arrival, should any of the below criteria impact your holiday:

  • You or an immediate family member is diagnosed with COVID–19
  • You are forced into self-isolation
  • You are awaiting the results of a COVID–19 test
  • A Government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination.

Please note:

  • Date changes are subject to availability & blackout dates.
  • Any difference in booking value will need to be paid.
  • Where requested you must provide proof of COVID-19 impact as listed above.
  • Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable will need to comply with standard cancellation terms and conditions.
  • Future Cruise Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are valid for use with the same cruise line per your original holiday package. Terms and Conditions vary between cruise lines. Please ask our Holiday Experts for detail.
  • No part of a Future Cruise Credit can be redeemed for cash.
  • If the price of the new holiday is higher than the Future Cruise Credit, you will be responsible for the additional cost.
  • If you need to make changes to your holiday dates for reasons other than government restrictions, a fee of $55 per person will apply; noting that airlines and other third parties may impose different change policies and penalties. Does not apply to Cruise or Tour Holidays.
